Steven also serves as President of NEBB Canada and plays an active role in the Marketing Committee for NEBB. Established in 1975, Clark Balancing Ltd has strived to be a leader in the TAB industry for 33 years. President and founder Barry Clark came from a Sheet Metal Trade background and has focused more than half of his life to the improvement and quality of the HVAC industry. Clark Balancing has supported NEBB programs throughout the years in disciplines such as Air and Hydronic Testing, Building Systems Commissioning-HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection and the newly created Retro-Commissioning. Barry has sat on the National Board of Directors as well as served on committees over the years. He has also served as Technical Committee Chairman for the NEBB Canada chapter for 15 years. As a family business, both sons David and Steven have joined with Barry to carry on the professionalism and reliability that customers have come to expect from Clark Balancing.
